Everyday Clinical Efficiency. Exceptional Imaging Performance.
Premium Technology. Performance Driven.
Ultrasound imaging is a safe, non-invasive diagnostic tool that uses sound waves to produce detailed, real-time images of muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, and other soft tissues.
As a point-of-care imaging solution, it enables clinicians to assess injuries immediately during your appointment, providing faster diagnosis and treatment planning without the delays associated with external imaging referrals. Unlike MRI or X-ray, ultrasound allows dynamic assessment of structures during movement, offering valuable insight into how tissues function under load.
Widely recognised as the gold-standard imaging modality for tendon assessment, ultrasound can accurately identify tendinopathy, tears, inflammation, calcification, and healing progress in real time. This advanced diagnostic capability helps clinicians make informed decisions, deliver targeted treatments, and achieve better patient outcomes, all within a single consultation.

What to Expect During Your Appointment?
Your ultrasound imaging appointment is quick, comfortable, and completely non-invasive. During the examination, a trained clinician will apply a small amount of ultrasound gel to the area being assessed and use a handheld probe to capture detailed, real-time images of your muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, or other soft tissues.
The scan is painless and typically takes between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on the area being examined. One of the key benefits of ultrasound imaging is that it allows us to assess structures while they move, providing valuable information that cannot always be seen with static imaging. Throughout the appointment, your clinician will explain what they are seeing on the screen and discuss any findings with you. In many cases, results can be reviewed immediately, allowing us to provide a faster diagnosis and develop a personalised treatment plan to help you recover and return to the activities you enjoy as quickly as possible.
We can asses ONLY: Patella Tendon, Quad Tendon, Shoulder (Rotator Cuff), Golfer and Tennis Elbow, Achilles Tendon and Plantar Fasciitis
