Stronger Shoulders, Stronger You.
Shoulder pain is discomfort or soreness felt in or around the shoulder joint, which can result from injuries, overuse, poor posture, or medical conditions such as rotator cuff tears, arthritis, bursitis, or frozen shoulder. It may affect the muscles, ligaments, tendons, or bones in the area and can limit arm movement and daily activities.
Symptoms of shoulder pain can include a dull ache, sharp or shooting pain, or a deep, aching discomfort in the shoulder joint or surrounding muscles. The pain may worsen with movement, especially when lifting the arm, reaching overhead, or carrying objects. Stiffness and reduced range of motion are common, making it difficult to perform everyday tasks. Swelling, tenderness, or a feeling of weakness in the arm or shoulder may also be present. In some cases, people experience a clicking or popping sensation during movement, and pain may radiate down the arm or up into the neck. The discomfort can be constant or intermittent and may worsen at night or after periods of inactivity.
