Sarah McMillan

Sarah is a Soft Tissue Therapist accredited with the Association of Soft Tissue Therapist (The SMA) and has a vast amount of educational and hands on experience within a clinical setting. After completing her BSc and MSc in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation, she has went on to continue her professional development and become further qualified in myofascial dry cupping, medical acupuncture and osteopathic spinal manipulations. Sarah strongly believes in a evidence based hands on manual therapy approach in order to facilitate and achieve patient specific goals. Sarah really enjoys using multiple treatment modalities during her treatments as she believes in a no size fits all approach. As well as this, Sarah has over a decade of experience in exercise prescription as she is a qualified personal trainer.

Her deep passion and expertise is problem solving, which along side her manual hands on approach using different treatment modalities, leads to her getting her clients maximum results in minimum time.
