Mark Poolan
Mark opened MSK Sports Injury Clinic in 2016 with the intention of creating a practice that would combine the best of traditional Physical Therapy with the principles and techniques of Massage Therapy, Alternative Medicine and Rehabilitation.
With over 10 years of clinical experience, Mark's practice follows the philosophy that therapy is most successful when people are treated as whole human beings, not as individual parts, and his work is focused on finding and treating the root causes to live a pain free life.
I started practicing in 2011 after graduating from the University of Northumbria. Since graduating I worked in one of the top Sports Injury Clinics in Newcastle gaining knowledge and experience treating a wide range of patients from adolescence to professional athletes.

Professional Achievements
My biggest achievement to date was getting recognised from the British Association of Sport and Exercise Science as a Certified Exercise Practitioner (CEP). I am currently the only person in the North East on the BASES website to hold a CEP status.
