Laura Jones
Following her passion, Laura has excelled with a first-class honour’s degree in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation. She has worked in private clinics in the region as well as with Ponteland Rugby Football Club. Working with a range of clients she has developed her knowledge and skills in rehab and prehab using massage, mobilisations, acupuncture, and shockwave therapy treatment methods.
Her university dissertation and personal development qualifications has led to her specialising in treating clients with back, hip and sciatic pain through the use of manual therapy and Pilates exercise. Laura has a future goal of becoming a Certified APPI Pilates Instructor.
