Karl Pryor
Karl is a Soft Tissue Therapist and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Corrective Exercise Specialist making him an expert in human movement. This provides him with the skills to assess posture and movement, in view of implementing effective treatment to address, rehabilitate and correct imbalances or dysfunctions identified in line with his clients’ individual needs.
Karl specialises in detailed postural assessment, addressing musculoskeletal imbalances through a blend of treatment modalities. In particular, he enjoys working to relieve neck and shoulder pain, provide structural realignment, and rehabilitation in function
He has been involved in the health & fitness Industry since 2015, in which time he has enjoyed working with a wide variety of clients, in a broad range of clinical, gym and sporting contexts. To further his knowledge as a personal trainer he went on to complete an MSc in Sport and Exercise Sciences with a focus on Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation.
Alongside his clinical practice, Karl provides delivery, support and assessment on both Personal Training and Sports Massage qualifications. He also has experience working within Further and Higher Education settings as a Sports Scientist and has achieved accreditation with Advance HE as an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA).
