I have been going to Sarah for over a year , my treatment helps me stay mobile and reduces my need for painkillers and surgery .i have had 2 surgeries on my lower back with 3 discs removed with permanent nerve damage . I adjust the time between my appointments to suit my body’s needs .

Mark was recommended to me by a friend who has been using him since he first started in practice. My first appointment with mark was painful but I have noticed a massive improvement in my arm mobility and also my pain and discomfort in my back pretty much gone. Mark was professional, explained clearly how he was going to treat my arm and back. He even warned me that I’d experience discomfort whilst he was treating me! He wasn’t wrong! I have a 2nd and 3rd treatment booked. 100% recommend. Thanks for getting me feeling back to normal so quickly! Wayne

Mark has worked wonders on my frozen shoulder and knotted muscles. I was in so much pain that my daily routine had come to a halt. The deep tissue massage and focussed shockwave treatment along with all of the other stuff he does has loosened everything up. I now have full mobility in my shoulders and the pain has disappeared. I now go to MSK every month to keep myself supple and pain free. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending MSK to all my friends and family.

Been to see Abbi twice now with a torn meniscus. Abbi went through exactly how I caused the injury in great detail and performed massage on the surrounding area, cupping and shockwave therapy. Rest is required after shockwave and knee aches for a day or so afterwards but seems to be making a difference after only 2 visits. Also received an exercise plan. Hopefully keep improving over the next couple of weeks and won’t require MRI or operation. Worth the money.
